StairLifts Columbus operates this independent information and referral resource. It is not the installer or manufacturer. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or an opt-out request, use the contact form or call (380) 276-2010 and write “Privacy request” in the message. Inquiry hours: Monday–Sunday, 9am–6pm.
What you submit
The form asks for your name, phone number, city or neighborhood, ZIP code and acknowledgment of contact about the inquiry. Email and the description of your stairs are optional. Do not send medical records or home-security details.
Where your inquiry goes
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its same-origin form endpoint validates your request and sends the form fields through Make.com to the configured US inquiry-handling workflow and receiving team. The team uses the details to respond and check potential provider availability for your location. Relevant details may be shared with a provider to address your inquiry. A request is not a booking or a promise of coverage.
Referral compensation and follow-up
The operator may receive compensation for referring an inquiry. That can influence the receiving provider; this is not an all-seller comparison. Contact permission relates to your inquiry, not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Use the contact route above if you want follow-up to stop.
Retention and your choices
The receiving workflow handles submitted information for the inquiry and associated follow-up. To ask how long your information is kept, request a copy or correction, or request deletion, use the privacy contact above. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion deadline is promised here.
Hosting and external links
Cloudflare may process ordinary request logs when serving the site. Its automatic Web Analytics performance beacon may collect page-load and usage measurements; see Cloudflare Web Analytics. No advertising pixel or separate public email inbox is configured by this site. Linked manufacturers and other third-party sites apply their own privacy practices.
